Support, assistance and encouragement for NZSM students can be gained through the huge range of scholarships, prizes and competitions offered and promoted through the School.

NZSM Scholarships:

NZSM is pleased to offer a limited number of scholarships to studentsat the beginning of their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees.

NZSM Director's Scholarships:

These scholarships are for 1st year performance students enrolling in the BMus programme. They are determined at the time of the students’ audition and include consideration of the student's overall profile  (potential, achievements, financial need, etc).

NZSM BMus(Hons) / PGDip Scholarships:

These scholarships are for high-achieving students enrolling/enrolled in either the BMus(Hons) or PGDipMus in any NZSM programme. New Zealand citizens/permanent residents and international students are eligible. If you wish to apply for this scholarship then please complete the BMus(Hons) PGDipMus Scholarship Application Form [Microsoft Word .docx, 1.27Mb]
