Pupils from Kelburn Normal School have begun rehearsing alongside staff and students of Te Kōkī New Zealand School of Music for a production of Hans Krása’s opera Brundibár (‘Bumblebee’) as part of the Recovering Forbidden Voices Conference in August 2014.

Judith Clark CNZM, preeminent piano pedagogue, prominent Wellingtonian and former Head of Piano Studies at the School of Music, Victoria University of Wellington, passed away at Te Hopai Home in Newtown on 9 February, aged 82.
