Masterclasses 2011
Each year NZSM welcomes visiting national and international artists, soloists, ensembles, conductors, directors, academics and composers to lead workshop and masterclass sessions with our students. Some of these internationally renowned and experienced experts are here as our guests, others are being hosted by some of the many national arts, performing arts and education organisations based in Wellington.
In most instances school students, teachers and other members of the public are also able to attend masterclasses to be inspired by and benefit from observing the interactive process between NZSM students and these expert musicians and artists.
Scheduled Masterclasses will be published here as dates and venues are confirmed.
Events are published each month in the Dawn Chorus, the free NZSM e-newsletter. To request Dawn Chorus, email events@nzsm.ac.nz with your name and ‘Dawn Chorus’ in the subject line.
